Fruit Compote
Ingredients:
- 100 gms pine apple
- 100 gms apple
- 100 gms banana
- 100 gms pears
- 2 nos kiwi
- 100 gms melon
For Sugar Syrup:
- 500 gms sugar
- 2 nos cardamom
- 2 nos clove
- 2 nos cinnamon stick
- 2 nos star anis
- 150 ml white wine
- 2 1/2 cups water
Method:
- In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients for sugar syrup.
- Microwave on high power for 4 minutes.Cool to room temperature.
- Cut all fruits into cubes.
- Add all the fruits to the sugar syrup.
- Take 4 small plastic bags and divide this mix fruit into it and seal.
- Freeze it.As an when required put the packet in the microwave for 2 minutes till the fruit compote is nice and warm.
- Cut the packet and serve in a bowl.
