  • 1 tbsp kashmiri red chili paste
  • 1/2 cup hung yogurt 
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Butter for garnishing 
  • Lemon wedges 

Method:

  • For Tandoori Mushroom Recipe Initially marinated the mushroom-So for marinate warm some oil in a non-stick skillet include gram flour,carom seeds and blend it well and verify gram flour ought not burn.Once it begin giving a pleasant smell take the dish from the warmth...

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup castor sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream

  • 3 Cups milk
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 Cup whipped cream 

Method:

  • For caramel sauce heat some sugar in non-stick pan and wait till the sugar start has caramelized it ill change color to golden brown so cook it for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat flame...

  • So when the sugar has caramelized switch off the heat and add fresh cream mix well...

Ingredients:

  • Bacon rashers-7 to 8
  • HotDog buns-2 to 3
  • Chicken sausages-4 to 5
  • Pickled gherkin-1
  • Small onion-1/2 finely chopped 
  • Mayonnaise-1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • Butter-3-4 tbsp 
  • Fresh parsley-1 tbsp chopped 
  • Cheese slices-2 to 3
  • For topping-Tomato ketchup 
  • For topping-Mustard sauce 

Method:

  • Wrap each chicken sausages with a bacon rasher and secure with a toothpick you will rapid with nicely.In similar manner rapid all HotDog in a same way...

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boneless chicken breast-Cut into cubes
  • 2 Stalks of asparagus-sliced
  • 1 Small onion-finely chopped 
  • 1 Medium carrot-sliced 
  • 1 Cup boiled green peas 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 4 Cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup boiled macaroni pasta 
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves 
  • Black pepper powder to taste 
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder-for garnishing 

Method:


  • For Chicken Vegetable Soup heat oil in a non-stick pan...

  • When oil get enough heat add garlic saute it till it goes light and browned color... 

  • As the garlic is going pink to light brown color add the onions saute it till the onion get translucent it takes about a minutes you can do it on a high flame as the onion going translucent add the chicken saute it on the high flame because we want to lock the flavor of onion and garlic into the chicken...

  • As you can see that chicken changes the color its going to white as your frying on high heat...

  • Add carrot,asparagus,salt,chicken stock,peas and give it nice mix...

  • Let the soup come to the boil then we will just simmer it for all the vegetables at half done.We dont want to over cooked the chicken does't take much time to cook so let it be a boil and just simmer it about 3-2 minutes...

  • The soup has done at this stage add pasta let it cook about a minute...

  • Lets add the coriander and pepper powder just give last mix...

  • Chicken Vegetable Soup has done just add the Parmesan cheese powder and shut the gas...

  • 2 kg boneless chicken breast-Cut it into medium pieces 
  • 8 to 10 broccoli-Blanched  
  • 10 to 15 mushroom button-Quartered 
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic 
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 2-3 green chilies-Finely chopped
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 tsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp red chili sauce 
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Crushed black peppercorn to taste 
  • 1 tbsp cornflour 
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flake 

Method:
  • For making Chicken Broccoli heat some oil in non-stick pan,add ginger-garlic and green chilies saute a well for a few minutes...

  • Add mushroom,sprinkle some salt,Toss well and cook mushroom are tender... 

  • When mushroom are almost cooked at this stage add chicken and again toss.Cook till the chicken pieces are tender and mushroom are well cooked...

  • When chicken and mushroom cooked put soya sauce,chili sauce,oyster sauce,tomato ketchup,some chilies flakes,pinch of sugar,salt,crushed peppercorn and mix well...

  • At the same put 1/2 cup of water,Mix well by the time mixture is coming to a boil.Lets prepare a cornflour paste...

  • In a bowl put cornflour,some water and add it to the cooked mixture...

  • As you can see that the mixture has became thick add broccoli(Broccoli already blanched you dont have to really cook them)switch of the heat,Add some vinegar give it a mix..

  • So finally Chicken Broccoli has done...

  • Serve with hot rice or tandoori...
