Classic Butter Peanut Cookies

Classic Butter Peanut Cookies best for every one and they like to have.It is best for morning time with hot tea and evening to..So here i bought best cookies recipe it is too easy and simple..





Ingredients:

  • 150 g Butter
  • 75 g Crunchy peanut butter
  • 100 g Soft brown sugar
  • 1 Egg(beaten)
  • 150 g Flour
  • 50 g Unsalted peanuts(shelled and chopped)

Method:



  • Mix the butter,peanut butter,sugar and egg together.

  • Add the flour and chopped nuts and mix to a firm dough then place rounded teaspoonfuls on greased baking trays and flatten slightly.

  • Preheat the oven when oven is preheated place the metal rack on turntable.

  • Cook convection 170 C for 30-35 minutes or until golden.

  • Leave on tray for 3-4 minutes then transfer to cooling rack store in an airtight tin when cool.

Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe


How to make lemon meringue pie



I tried this pie last weekend when my mom dad are came to my mom.Wow,we agreed this was the best lemon pie recipe we'd ever had.The filling is very yummy because it full of sweet/tart and fluffy.This meringue is tall as well as fluffy to.It takes a little time worth.Lemon pie was first invited in Philadelphia.   

Ingredients:

 Filling:

  • 1 1/2 Cups sugar
  • 6 tbsp cornflour
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 1/4 Cups boiling water
  • 3 Eggs yolks(slightly beaten)
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/3 Cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
      

 Meringue:

  • 3 Eggs whites 
  • Dash salt
  • 6 tbsp sugar

Method:



  • Prepare baked pastry shell set aside for filling combine sugar,cornflour and salt in glass measuring cup;mix well.

  • stir in boiling water.

  • Cook on 100% microwave power for 4 to 5 minutes or until thick,Stirring after first 2 minutes and then after every minute.

  • Best small amount of hot mixture into beater,egg yolk and then return to hot mixture.

  • Stir in butter,lemon juice and lemon peel.

  • Turn hot filling into backed pastry shell then for meringue,beat egg whites and salt until frothy then add sugar gradually,beating until stiff peaks form spoon meringue onto filling spread evenly and seal to edge.

  • Swirl top with back of spoon.

  • Cook convection for 20-22 minutes at 180C or until lightly browned then cool on metal rack.

Home-Made Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 g Rich shortcrust pastry
  • 3 Eggs (beaten)
  • 15 ml Milk
  • 150 g Demerara Sugar
  • 150 ml Maple Syrup
  • 2.5 ml Vanilla essence
  • 200 g Pecan nuts(halved)
  • 50 g Butter
Method:



  • Roll out pastry and line a 22 cm flan dish then beat the eggs and milk together.

  • Place the syrup and sugar into microwave proof bowl-heat on 100% microwave power for 2 minutes.

  • Add the butter and cook for a further 30 seconds,mix well.

  • Slowly stir in eggs and vanilla essence whisk together well.Place the nuts in the base of the lined dish pour over the syrup mixture.

  • Preheat the oven when the oven is preheated place the dish on turntable.

  • Bake on convection 210 C for 10 minutes followed by 180C for 30-35 minutes or until the filling has set.

Easy And Simple Home Made-Apple Pie Recipe


How to make apple pie

Apple Pie Recipe is our favorite recipe with an easy,no-fail,buttery,flaky home-made pie crust and a filling with a mix of different types of apples and spices..

Ingredients:

  • 450 g Shortcrust pastry
  • 300 g Prepared apples,cored,peeled,sliced
  • 25 g Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg(beaten)
  • 30 ml Milk
  • 12 1/2 Caster sugar

Method:



  • Roll out half the pastry and line a 22 cm pie plate then place prepared fruit on lined plate and sprinkle with brown sugar.

  • Roll out the remaining pastry to make a lid for the pie.

  • Moisten edge of lined and place lid on pie,press edges together gently to seal.

  • cut off excess pastry around edges with a sharp knife mix them together the egg and milk to form a glaze brush over pie and sprinkle with caster sugar.

  • Preheat the oven when oven is preheated place pie on turntable then bake on convection 180C for 45-50 minutes until light golden brown. 

Quick And Restaurant Style Rice With Peas Recipe





Ingredients:
  • 100 g Easy cook white rice
  • 1 Small onion(chopped)
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 Clove crushed garlic 
  • 100 g Frozen peas(cooked)
  • 15 ml Fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Method:



  • Place onion,garlic,butter and salt,pepper in a microwaveable bowl and cover then cook on 100% microwave power for 3-4 minutes until coked.

  • Add peas one minute before end of cooking then place rice in large bowl and cover with about 450 ml of boiling water cook on 100% microwave power for 12 to 14 minutes until cooked drain.

  • 200g Easy cook long grain rice
  • 2-3 Rashers of bacon(cut into pieces)
  • 50(2oz) butter
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 Stick celery (sliced)
  • 1/2 Green pepper(sliced)
  • 600ml Hot chicken stock
  • 50g Mushrooms
  • 200g Cooked chicken meat(diced)
  • Salt and pepper
Method:



  • Place the butter,onion,celery and salt pepper in large microwave proof bowl cover and cook on 100% microwave power for 3 minutes.

  • Stir in all remaining ingredients,cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes until the rice has absorbed the liquid.

  • 2 Packages frozen broccoli(Chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup butter or margarine
  • 16 Round buttery crackers(Crumbled)
  • 6 Slices pasteurized process-american cheese(Cut into halves diagonally)

Method:

Place broccoli in microwaveable medium casserole.Place microwaveable cover on top cook on 100% microwave power for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender,stirring once;drain and set aside.Place butter in microwaveable small bowl cook it on 100% microwave power for 45 to 60 seconds or until butter melts;mix in crumbled crackers.Arrange cheese evenly on top of broccoli spoon crumb mixture over cheese.Cook on 100% microwave power for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated..

Ingredients:

  • 4 Medium baking potatoes
  • 6 Slices bacon
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 Cup freshly granted Parmesan cheese(Divided)
  • 1 Egg(Slightly beaten)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • Dash ground pepper
  • 1 tsp chives
Method:

Prick well-scrubbed potatoes twice.Place 2.5cm apart in oven.Cook on 100% microwave power for 7 1/2 to 9 1/2 minutes.Wrap in foil;Let stand at least 5 minutes to complete cooking.While potatoes are standing,microwave bacon.Place bacon on 2 layer of paper towel.Cover with 2 more layers of towels.Cook on 100% microwave power for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly under-done.Let stand while preparing potatoes then cut thin lengthwise slice from top of each potato carefully scoop pulp from potatoes ,leaving 0.6cm shells;mash potato with fork in large bowl.Mix in ricotta,1/2 cup Parmesan cheese,egg,salt,mustard and pepper until smooth.Crumble bacon;add two-third of it to potato mixture.Mix in desired amount of milk.Mound potato mixture in shells and sprine with remaining bacon and chives over top.Arrange stuffed potatoes on turntable.Cook convection for 30-35 minutes at 220C or until tops are lightly browned....

Spicy French Fries-Potato Fries





Ingredients:

  • 1 Large baking potatoes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano leaves(crushed)
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • Dash ground red pepper
Method:

Wash potatoes and cut into lengthwise strips about 1.2cm thick spread potato strips in single layer on two 25cm pie pans.Drizzle with oil,turning to coat strips evenly combine salt,oregano,chili powder and peppers;sprinkle mixture evenly over potatoes.Place pizza pan on metal rack on turntable.Cook on convection for 30-35 minutes at 210C or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned..

Shrimp Kabobs With Mushrooms





Ingredients:
  • 4 Slices bacon(cut into 5cm)
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 16 Uncooked medium shrimp(Shelled and divided)
  • 1 Green pepper(Cored and cut into 16 pieces)
  • 12 Fresh mushrooms caps
Method:

Place bacon pieces between microwaveable paper towels on microwaveable plate cook on 100% microwave power for 2 minutes or until bacon partially cook;set aside.Place butter in 1 cup glass measuring cup cook on 100% microwave power for 1 minutes or until butter melts;set aside.Alternate shrimp,bacon,green pepper and mushrooms on 23cm metal skewers place kabobs on metal rack on turntable and brush with melted butter.Place metal rack on turntable grill for 10 minutes.Turn kabobs over and brush with butter grill for 7 minutes or until shrimp are opaque...

Ingredients:

  • 2 Slices bacon
  • 1/2 Cup cooked long-grain white rice
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tsp snipped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 Dried tarragon leaves
  • 2 Dressed fresh trout
Method:

Cook on 100% for 3 to 4 minutes or until bacon is crisp;crumble.Mix bacon,rice,raisins,parsley,lemon juice and tarragon in bowl.Spoon one-half of stuffing into each fish.Place fish side by side in microwaveable baking dish.Cover with plastic wrap and vent one corner then cook on 100% microwave power for 5 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.Let stand for 2 minutes..

Ingredients:

  • 15ml Oil 
  • 350g Minced beef
  • 2-3 Rashers bacon(chopped)
  • 1 Onion(Finely chopped)
  • 200g Canned tomatoes(Chopped)
  • 30ml Tomato puree
  • 10ml Dried oregano
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1-2 Cloves garlic,peeled and crushed
  • 50g Mushrooms(washed and sliced)
  • 1-2 Stick celery(Chopped)
  • 1/2 Green pepper(Diced)
  • 100ml Hot beef stock(or red wine)
  • 2 tsp cornflour mixed to a smooth
  • Paste with a little cold water
  • Salt and black pepper
Method:

Place the oil,onion,garlic,celery and bacon in a large microwaveproof casserole dish and microwave covered on 100% microwave power for 2 minutes.Add the minced beef and pepper and cook for a further 4 minutes on 100%  microwave power.Stir twice and break up the minced beef with a fork..Stir in all the remaining ingredients except the cornflour stir it well and cover and cook on 100% microwave power for 5 minutes.Stir in the cornflour mixture mix well and recover the dish and then return the dish to the oven and continue to cook 60% microwave power for 15-20 minutes..After cooking stir well and serve with pasta...

  •  1 Broiler-fryer chicken(cut into pieces and skinned)
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • 1/2  Cup chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Cove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Method:

Arrange chicken pieces with meatiest portions toward outside in microwaveable large casserole place microwaveable cover on top.Cook on 100% microwave power for 8 minutes drain.Combine orange juice,chili sauce,brown sugar,soy sauce,prepared mustard and garlic;pour over chicken..Cook on 100% microwave power covered for 8 to 10 minute or until chicken near bone is no longer pink.Remove to serving plate;cover..Blend cornflour and cold water stir into hot cooking liquid cook on 100% microwave power for 2 to m..
         

How to prepare cheesy fish pie





Ingredients:

  • 450g cod or haddock a little lemon juice
  • 650g potatoes knob of butter 
  • 30ml milk
  • 300ml cheese sauce
  • 15ml chopped parsley
  • 50g grated cheese
  • Parsley and tomato slices to garnish 
Method:



  • Peel the potatoes and cut into evenly sized pieces.

  • Place in a microwave proof dish with 5-6 tsp of water.

  • Cover and cook on 100% microwave power for 8-10 minutes until soft mash the potatoes with butter and milk until smooth and creamy.

  • Keep warm then wash the fish and place in shallow dish,sprinkle with lemon juice cover and cook on 100% microwave power for 3-5 minutes until the fish flakes easily.

  • Flake the fish and remove any bones then combine the fish with warm cheese sauce and parsley place in a casserole dish carefully place at the mashed potato on the top and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • Place the dish on the metal rack on turntable cook on combo for 15-20 minutes at 180C or until cheese has melted.

Easy Way To Cook Cheesy Cauliflower

   

Ingredients:

  • 1 Small head cauliflower(separated into flowers)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Ground pepper
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp Snipped parsley or 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
Method:



  • Place cauliflowers and water in microwaveable medium casserole.

  • Place microwaveable cover on top then cook it on 100% microwave power for 6 to 7 minutes or until tender drain and set aside covered.

  • Place the butter in small glass measuring cup cook on 100% microwave power for 30 to 45 seconds or until butter melts blend in flour,Worcestershire sauce,salt and pepper stir in milk until smooth.

  • Cook 100% microwave power for 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened,stirring once.

  • Still in cheese and parsley pour sauce over cooked cauliflower.

Ingredients:
  • Marzipan
  • Fondant Icing
  • Pastry Brush
  • Decorative Mould
  • Rolling Pin
  • Fondant Cutters
  • Cake Decoration(your choice)
  • Icing Sugar
  • Decorating Sugar
  • Icing Smoother
Method:



  • First off all dust marzipan and start work surface with icing sugar and make roll out the marzipan to a large circle make enough to cover top and sides of cake set aside rolling pin then unroll over the cake then cut of the excess marzipan and make smooth with an icing smoother make smooth of all the cake carefully. 

  • when the cake become smooth let the marzipan dry at room temperature for 24 hours.

  • Then next step knead the fondant about 2 min.

  • Dust with icing sugar and make a roll out to a large circle roll onto rolling pin.

  • Unroll over the cake same again cut excess part of fondant then make a smooth with an icing smoother to every where of cake and make smooth as much as you can.

  • Press the mould into fondant and use the cutter to cut around the embossed the fondant after that brush with a little water.

  • Place on the cake add decoration of your choice and sprinkle with the decorating sugar....

Hello everybody today im going to tell best recipe which is call Italian Dressing Pasta Salad it is to easy to prepare and even to delicious. 












Ingredients:
  • 4 Cups of  cooked rotini pasta
  • 4 oz of green pepper
  • 10 Small cherry tomatoes(cut in half)
  • 3 oz of match stick carrots
  • 2 oz green onion
  • 3 oz Red onion
  • 7 oz of mozzarella cubes
  • 1 Cup of Italian dressing
  • 1 Cup of mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method:

Take a square bowl then put 4 cups of cooked rotini pasta add, green pepper,small cherry tomatoes,match stick carrots,green onion,mozzarella cubes,italian dressing,mayo after adding all the ingredients mix them properly but be carefully pasta should not break if it break then taste will became to bad so.After that add salt and pepper to taste and once again mix it well after mixing its became ready to serve....

White chicken chili is a best recipe it so delicious and even tasty.......


















Ingredients:

  • 3 Skinless,boneless chicken
  • 5 Pieces turkey sausage
  • 500g Cannellini beans(drained and rinsed) 
  • 1 Onion(chopped)
  • Garlic
  • Chili powder(oregane,ground cumin)
  • Some Canned mild chilies 
  • Some chicken stock
  • Salt to taste
  • Little bit pepper powder
  • 2 tblsp Olive oil
Method:

Take a big pot a put 2 tblsp of oil preheating over about medium-high after when it became nice and hot add chicken,turkey sausage and break them into small pieces or small as you can can.Cook until its mostly cooked through which chicken and turkey mix together properly add chopped onion salt to taste and pepper powder for season it every layer of the dish then cook it about 10 minutes then add all spices and garlic cook it for 30 second constantly stir it well because if spices burn then it gave bad smell so stir it constantly then add chicken stock along with canned mild chilies,cannellini beans cook then cook it for 2 and half hours after when it cooked add touch of cream because after adding cream it gives relay nice richness and the balance the chili powder well add some fresh cilantro and season with salt,pepper powder gives stir then turn off the gas and you can serve with rice and some corn bread..

Bread and Butter Pudding

Bread and Butter Pudding With Dried Fruits
                                        (Serves 4)














Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of bread,buttered and cut in half diagonally
  • 75g Mixed dried fruit
  • 450ml Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • 25g Caster sugar
  • 3ml Nutmeg
 Method:

Arrange the bread and fruit in prepared dish.Warm the milk for 3 minutes.on 80% microwave power but do not allow to boil then beat together the eggs and sugar,add the milk,stirring well.Pour the mixture over the bread,sprinkle with nutmeg and leave to stand for 15 minutes.Cook on combi to 25-25 minutes at 180c or until set and browned.. 

Chicken Palak Recipe

    Palak Chicken
















Ingriedients:
     (Batch 1)

  • 1 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp Corriander powder
  • 1 tblsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • Salt as needed
  • 4 tblsp yogurt
  • 1 tblsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilly paste

       (Batch 2)
  • 1/2 Packet Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Green Chilly
  • 1/2 tblsp salt
      (Batch 3)
  • 1 Big Onion(finely chopped)
  • 1 Tomato(finely chopped)
  • 1/4 Nutmeg powder
  • 2tblsp Oil/Butter


Method:
Mix all the ingredients from batch-1 and let it rest for 1/2 hour.Wash the spinach and microwave Batch-2 in little water for 2-3 minutes and allow it to cool.Heat oil/butter in deep vessel and saute onions until golden grown.Add the tomatoes and saute until it comes as a gravy.Now add the Batch-1 marinated chicken into the pan and little water.Let it boil until chicken is cooked.Now grind the cooked spinach in the blender by adding little water to get a paste.Add the spinach paste and nutmeg powder into chicken pan.Let it cook for 5 more minutes.Serve it with hot chapathi,parrota or any fried rice...

Garnish With: 
                       Fresh coriander leaves.

Tips:

  • You can also add tomato puree instead of diced tomatoes to have thick gravy.
  • For extra richness,add a tblsp of butter and 2 tblsp of heavy cream to the gravy at the very end.
  • Using the same recipe,you could also make mutton sagwala(palak mutton).

Beef,Pepper and Mushrooms Kabobs

       (Serves 4)













Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 454g(1 lb) beef sirloin steak,boneless,cut into(1 cubes)
  • 1/2 green pepper,cored and cut into 8 pieces
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 whole garlic
  • Buttered cooked rice
                                    Cookware:
                         Microwaveable medium casserole

Method:

Pour dressing into microwaveable medium casserole.Cook on 100% microwave power for 1 minute or until heated.Add beef and stir to coat.cover;refrigerate for at least 4 hours.When ready to assemble kabobs,alternate beef,green pepper,mushroom,cherry tomato,green pepper and garlic on four 23cm metal skewers.Place kabobs on metal rack on turntable.Grill for 15 minutes;turn kabobs over grill for 7 minutes.serve on rice..
