Ingredients:
- 100 g Easy cook white rice
- 1 Small onion(chopped)
- 25 g Butter
- 1 Clove crushed garlic
- 100 g Frozen peas(cooked)
- 15 ml Fresh chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Place onion,garlic,butter and salt,pepper in a microwaveable bowl and cover then cook on 100% microwave power for 3-4 minutes until coked.
- Add peas one minute before end of cooking then place rice in large bowl and cover with about 450 ml of boiling water cook on 100% microwave power for 12 to 14 minutes until cooked drain.
- Combine rice with onion and peas mix well,warm through using 100% microwave power for 1-2 minutes...
