Quick And Restaurant Style Rice With Peas Recipe





Ingredients:
  • 100 g Easy cook white rice
  • 1 Small onion(chopped)
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1 Clove crushed garlic 
  • 100 g Frozen peas(cooked)
  • 15 ml Fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Method:



  • Place onion,garlic,butter and salt,pepper in a microwaveable bowl and cover then cook on 100% microwave power for 3-4 minutes until coked.

  • Add peas one minute before end of cooking then place rice in large bowl and cover with about 450 ml of boiling water cook on 100% microwave power for 12 to 14 minutes until cooked drain.

  • Combine rice with onion and peas mix well,warm through using 100% microwave power for 1-2 minutes...
