Sweet Corn Soup Recipe
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic(finely minced)
- 1 tsp ginger(granted)
- 1 Small onion(chopped)
- 1/2 Cup carrots
- 1/4 cup green beans(cut diagonally)
- 1/4 Cup cabbage
- 1 Can cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 3 Cup vegetable
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 Green onion for garnish (chopped)
Method:
- In a pan add oil,When the oil is moderately hot,add chopped garlic and ginger allow it to sizzle.
- Add onion and saute for few seconds.Now add carrots,green beans and cabbage.Saute it for 1-2 minutes.
- Now im gonna add creamy style corn and just give a good mix also add vegetables stocks.Here i have 3 cups of vegetable stock.It is better to make the soup with vegetable stock.Because it releases very nice flavor.Store bought stock is additionally sensible.
- Also add little vinegar about 1 tsp.Now mix and bring to a good boil.
