Chicken wing recipes
Ingredients:
- 10-12 Chicken Wings
- Oil for deep fry
- 2 tbsp hung yogurt
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala for sprinkling
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Egg
Method:
- Heat a sufficient oil in a deep-pan for Chicken Wing Recipe...
- Mix hung yogurt,garam masala powder,red chili powder,turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl...
- Add chicken Wings and salt and mix it well.Then refrigerate for an hour...So like this Chicken Wing Recipe give a nice bite and it became crispy...So refrigerate for more hour...
- Break egg and add to the marinated chicken along with refined flour and cornflour then mix it well...
- Deep fry the prepared Chicken wings Recipe in a hot oil and leave it for 2 minutes or until it became nice and crispy...
- Drain on absorbent paper.Sprinkle some chaat masala...
- Here our Chicken Wing Recipe is ready Serve hot...Enjoy with noddles or egg fried rice...
