How to make Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Soft bread loaf
  • 2 Medium tomato 
  • 1 Medium onion
  • 1 Large cucumber-Peeled
  • 1 Bunch fresh basil leaves-Chopped

For Dressing: 
  • 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black peppercorns 
  • 1/2 tsp mixed dried herbs

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 108 C...


  • Cut bread into small cubes...

  • Then put the bread cubes on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil...

  • Sprinkle peppercorns,salt and dried mixed herbs...

  • Place the tray in a preheated oven and toast the bread till it became crispy...

  • Deseed and cut the cucumber and tomatoes into cubes...

  • Cut the onion into cubes and separate it layers... 

  • Then for dressing take 3 tbsp olive oil in a bowl,add vinegar,salt,mixed herbs,crushed peppercorns and basil leaves and mix it well...

  • Mix vegetables and crispy bread cubes in another bowl.Arrange the veggies and bread on serving plate,pour dressing on top and serve yummy Vegetable Salad...
