Banoffee pie this one of the best dessert recipe in the world.Easy banoffee pie is the classic by using a condensed milk to make a great taste and with a crushed biscuit base.This banoffee pie was made in restaurant in over 12 years.I tried this recipes in 3 different quick banoffee pie recipe then i found a online banoffee pie book recipe.Then i made this recipe in simple version and my friends i love this and i hope you will like to this easy banoffee pie recipe.
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 or 3 ripe bananas
- 10 Crushed digestive biscuits
- 1/4th cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 cups cream
To Make Toffee
- Immerse the closed can in a heavy bottom pot and bring it to a boil.
- Then let it simmer for 2 to 3 hours ensuring that the can immerse in water all times otherwise can will explode.
- Remove it from the and let it cool completely.
- Then open the can to taste one of the most addictive toffee.
To Make Banoffee
- Crushed digestive biscuits in a grinder then add butter to it then again grind until they mix well.
- So basicly when you just hold it together does easily come together this the texture im looking for.
- Once done with it take a spoon and just put in individual glasses.
- Take a bowl and take almost 2/3rd of the toffee from the can then pour little bit of cream and whisk it together.
- After whisk take a spoon full cream and pour it to individual glass.
- Next we need banana then peel and slices the banana.
- All you do is just start placing it next to each other.
- I'm going to add some Cinnamon powder to this to add some another spices flavour.i like banana with toffee and cinnamon.
- Then put another layer of banana next again put some spoon full cream on the top of banana to each individual glasses.
- I'm just going to stop here but before that pour some whipped cream and finally sprinkle some cocoa powder.
