  • 100 gm butter
  • 3 tbsp coco powder
  • 150 gm sugar
  • 100 gm flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup milk


  • Sieve the flour and baking powder together and keep it aside...

  • In a large mixing bowl break eggs,put butter and sugar and beat well until became smooth and well combined...

  • Add milk and give a final whisk...

  • Then add flour and baking powder mixture and fold gently...

  • Grease a microwave proof bowl with butter and dust with a little flour.Ensure that cake will not stick to the container at all...

  • Pour the mixture in to the greased container and top with gems(you can use dry fruits or any chocolate chips to this)....

  • Put in the microwave and save the time for 5 minutes...

  • Remove and check if the cake cooked by piercing toothpick in the middle If it come outs clean then its ready if not then microwave for another 2 minutes.Remove the cake from microwave and allow the cake to stand for approx for 5 minutes.Unmould and serve immediately...

KFC we know that in now days KFC became one the best popular restaurants in all over the world and KFC is only one who make chicken recipes awesome every one use to go KFC and they eat what they like.So like this only today im going to make KFC Chicken Popcorn i know the taste will be not came same but some how the taste will be same.When i went my granny there i saw my granny was preparing KFC chicken popcorn first i thought the will be different but after having that taste will be awesome then i thought to share this recipes and i asked my granny she told me everything.So lets look on the KFC chicken popcorn.Small and bite-sized pieces of chicken with flour mixture and fried until it became brown and crispy...The best of it that i use oat for outer coating..

How to make KFC chicken popcorn

Servings:6  !  Ready in:30 minutes ! Course:Snack ! 
Recipe  Type:Chicken 



  • Chicken 200 gm
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

To Coat The Chicken

  • 1 Cup flour
  • 1 Cup corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion and garlic powder
  • 1/2 Cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp popcorn masala: Chat masala
  • 1 Big pinch red chili powder
  • Salt 2 pinch 
  • 1 Pinch pepper


  • Marinade the chicken with lemon juice,salt,pepper(According to your taste) and ginger garlic paste,Just mix all of them and keep it aside for 30 minutes...

  • In the meantime take a bowl,Mix together all purpose flour,corn flour,salt,pepper,onion and garlic powder,turmeric powder and red chili powder,Just give a mix and keep it aside...

  • Take a separate bowl and crack the egg in middle of bowl,Take eggs white only from 2 egg.also add milk,salt and pepper.Whip up until smooth...

  • In another bowl mix oats with half of the mixture.Before coating the chicken keep all the ingredients ready...

  • Take out half of the flour mixture in a plate or tray,Put all the chicken pieces in that mixture and coat them well(What it will do is?It will absorb excess moisture so that it will coat with egg nicely )....

  • Then finally coat them with oats and mixture and sieve them by colander to get rod off excess oats and flour...

  • Deep fry the chicken until it became nice,crispy and crunchy.After 4 to 5 minutes the chicken pieces are slightly colored and tender soft and juicy but not crunchy.If you want only soft and nice then you can take out the chicken.But if you want more crunchy then fry it for another 4 to 5 minutes...

  • After chicken done take it out an absorbent paper...

  • To make popcorn masala in a small bowl mix chat masala,pepper,salt,red chili powder and give a good mix...

  • Sprinkle this masala on the Chicken Popcorn.Also add lime or lemon juice.You will realize the difference...

Easy And Simple Snack-Egg Chop Recipes

Egg we use to eat on winter time because it's good to eat in winter.Egg have many proteins and it's make our bone more strong.People who use to do gym they have to eat egg daily because to increase the gain power.So i thought to make something interesting which people like and make in home.Today im making Egg chop which is famous in Hyderabad.One day i went Hyderabad with family trip there i eat Egg chop it was so tasty and actually it was street food there i talk to hotel owner about Egg chop recipes he said everything i fell happy and plan to share it with my friends.Egg chop we can any time there is no time for Egg chop you can have it as a snack,dinner time and time.Let's look on the ingredients.

How to make egg chop


  • 3 egg(Hard boiled and cut into halves)
  • 3 Potato(Boiled and mashed)
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 Fried red chili
  • 1 Onion fried(Sliced)
  • 1 Egg(Beaten)
  • 1 Cup oat flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil deep frying


  • In a mixing bowl add Salt ,garam masala powder,coriander powder,fried red chili,fried onion and mashed potato,Mix them well.Our potato mixture is ready.

  • Now take a small portion out of it in your palm and press it flat.

  • Take one egg halves in the center and cover with mixture.If it needs little more mixture to cover then add and make a fine ball.

  • It should look like an oval shaped "Chop".Keep it aside on a plate or refrigerate for 10 minutes.Repeat this step to make a 6 chops.

  • All eggs are ready for deep frying.Beat an egg and keep aside.

  • Heat enough oil in a pan.

  • Dip each chop in a beaten egg and coat with oat flakes.

  • Place chop in the hot oil one by one.

  • When one side is done turn other side.Fry them until golden brown.You can also use bread crumb instead of oat flakes for coating the Egg chop.

  • Egg Chops are ready.Take it out from the heat and keep them them on paper towel to drain off excess oil.

  • Serve with tomato and mustard sauce.

  • 150 gm sugar

  • Colorful truti-fruits


  • Boil 500 ml milk...

  • Add sugar...

  • In meantime,mix 4 tsp custard powder with 5 tsp warm milk to make a smooth paste.Make sure that paste is lump free.(Don't add custard powder direct to boiled milk also don't add custard powder in hot milk to make a paste because it will create lump)....

  • Add custard mixture to milk and stir continuously until it became think,So that it will not create any lump....

  • Now your custard is ready.Cool down and refrigerate,It will became more thick....

  • Now take a bowl.Pour the custard into the bowl....

  • Add sliced fruits such as apple,black grapes,mango,kiwi,pomegranate seeds....

  • Add ice cream on the top(you can use any ice-cream of your flavored)....

Punjabi Dal Fry Recipe-(Easy And Quick Method)

Punjab is a called best food place where local Punjabi make awesome and yummy foods every one like to go Punjab and eat there traditional food which is very famous in all over the Punjab.In there every recipes they must use ghee and for drink they drink lassi which is tasty combination if anybody go Punjab then they fell to never come back from there because it is place loveliness where people care each and everyone.So today i'm making Punjabi Dal fry which is very famous in all over the Punjab.Punjabi Dal fry can be make in may ways but for really Punjabi taste try to use ghee and lassi then you can feel really Dal fry.

How to make Dal Fry


  • 1/4 Cup moong dal
  • 1/4 Cup masoor dal
  • 1/8 Cup channa dal
  • 4 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp asafetida(hing)
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tomato(chopped)
  • 1 Onion(chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic(grated)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger(grated)
  • 2 tsp coriander leaves(chopped)


  • First combined toor and chana dal. Washed them thoroughly and soak in enough water for 30 minutes.

  • Pressure cook the dal in 3 cups along with turmeric powder and salt cook for 2-3 minutes 
    whistles until they are soft but not to mash.Then little mash them with back of spoon.Now my dal is ready..See how it looks to begin.

  • Heat a clarified butter or ghee.

  • Add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and red chilies.Once they start  pop and start crackling.Add asafetida and Just stir it.

  • Now add onion.Once they turn to translucent,add chopped ginger-garlic,green chilies and some coriander leaves.Cook 2 minutes.

  • Now its time for add chopped tomato cook until they are soft also add all dry spices(red chilies powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and cumin powder)mix it nicely.Cover the lid and let it cook for 1 minute.

  • After 1 minute open the lid and you can see the tomatoes and all spices are nicely cooked.

  • Now pour prepare cooked dal then give it a good mix..

  • Add salt to taste.

  • Add 1/4 cup of water.Dal fry usually has a medium to thick consistency.So add just a amount of water as you desire.Stir occasionally.

  •  My dal has been simmering for 5 minutes.

  • Remove from the flame and take out in serving bowl.Garnish with some coriander leaves leaves.

How to make chicken bharta recipe


  • 500 gm chicken breast boneless
  • 2 Garlic(cloves)
  • 1/4th onion
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 5-6 Black peppercorn
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • Salt
  • Water

For Gravy

  • 1 Big onion(chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 Medium tomatoes(finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2-3 Cinnamon stick
  • 4 Cardamom pods
  • 5-6 Cloves
  • 2 Small bay leaves
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 Egg(chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • Salt to taste
  • Few coriander leafs(chopped)
  • 1 Egg for garnish


  • Boil the chicken pieces with garlic cloves,onion,cardamom,cinnamon stick,black peppercorn,bay leaf and salt.

  • Once they are coll down.Shred the chicken into strips.Use hand or fork ,Give good time to shred the chicken long thing shred chicken make a good Chicken Bharta.Once it ready keep them aside.

  • In a pan heat 3 tbsp of oil,When oil get heat add cardamom,cinnamon stick,cloves,bay leaf and saute for few seconds until the species release nice aroma..

  •  Then add onion and salt.Cook on a medium heat till the onion turns golden brown..

  • Now add ginger-garlic paste,Cook for 2 minutes until the raw flavor of ginger and garlic gone away.

  • Now add the tomatoes,Mix well,Cover the pan and cook on low medium-heat till the tomatoes are soft.

  • In a meantime take a bowl add turmeric powder,red chili powder,cumin powder,corriander powder and mix with water prepare a paste of it.

  • Open the lid and check the tomatoes.

  • When the tomatoes are soft,pour the mixture and cook till the mixture dries up and the masala leaves the sides.

  • Add shred chicken pieces.Cook really very well with other spices for 2-3 minutes.Be careful so that the chicken pieces don't burn.

  • Now add cashew paste & yogurt.Stir well.

  • Add 1 cup of stock to cook well.

  • Then add fresh cream,butter and kasuri methi. Give a nice mix.Cook for another 5 minutes on very slow flame.

  • When Chicken Bharta Recipe is nicely cook,add coriander leafs and egg.Give a light mix.

  • So yummy and delicious Chicken Bharta Recipe is ready.Its time to plate up add egg on top to make the dish more nice.

Easy And Tasty Plain Pulao Recipe


Plain pulao recipe can made in different ways like chicken Pulao,vegetable Pulao and mutton Pulao even plain Pulao is also there.So here im going to tell you how to prepare plain Pulao.Plain is very light,simple and need less time to prepare.You don't need to cut lots of vegetable,meat and all.But still it very delicious,flavor food and can be eaten with anything.It is also perfect for office lunch box and kids lunch box too.The best part of this pulao is it doesn't contain any onion or garlic.So the people who don't like onion or garlic they also can eat.

How to make pulao



  • 500 gm basmati rice
  • Liter water
  • 3 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp butter/ghee
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 6 Cardamom
  • 6 Cloves
  • 3 Cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp jayphal and javitri powder
  • 1/2 tsp kewra water
  • 8-10 Cashew nuts 
  • 10-12 raisin
  • Salt and sugar to taste


  • Heat 2 tbsp butter and about 3 tbsp of oil.You can also use regular oil or butter but i prefer you to use clarified butter or ghee because it acts as extra flavor and texture to the pulao.

  • When oil is get enough hot add whole spices that is cardamom,cloves,cinnamon stick,bay leaves) saute it for while.

  • When it start crackling add green chillies.Saute it for while.

  • Now add water(exact double of water).

  • When your adding water,make the flame low.At the same time add milk powder and mix it properly so that no lumps were be there,also add jayphal & javitri powder,ginger juice,sugar and salt...Wait for a minutes to bring it to boil.

  • After adding all these things,make the flame medium-high and cook the entire process on medium-high heat.

  • When it just come to boil add the rice in(when you add rice it stop boiling we should  wait for another 2 to 3 minutes until it has half done) and let it again come to boil.

  • Before covering the pan add cashew nuts,kewra and raisins.

  • Cover the pan and make the heat on simmer for 20 minutes.In the meantime you should not open the plate because if you remove the lid the flavor will go out and you cant enjoy the pulao.

  • After 20 minutes check out the pulao, you can see rice is well cooked and separated from each other.

  • So our yummy and delicious plain  Pulao recipe is ready to serve.

How to make marble cupcake recipe


  • 210 g all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 115 g butter
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 60 g yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • Vanilla extract(few drops)
  • 1/4 Cup unsweetened coco powder

Milk Chocolate Frosting
  • 100 gm icing sugar
  • 60 gm butter
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate

Vanilla Frosting 
  • 60 gm butter
  • 100 gm icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Vanilla extract(few drops)
  • Salt to taste


  • For Marble Cupcake Recipe:Sieve all the ingredients.In a sever add refine flour,baking powder,baking soda and dash of salt,sieve them together because if there are any lumps or granule it will remove and also ensure the dry ingredients are combined uniformly keep it aside.

  • Take a another bowl add butter and icing sugar,blend them until it smooth.

  • Beat 1 egg,yogurt and milk.Then give a nice blend.

  • Put dry ingredients in wet ingredients generally fold them.

  • Transfer half of the batter in another bowl and in the separate batter mix cocoa powder and melted chocolate until combined.Chocolate batter will extremely thick.

  • Line cupcake mould cupcake liners.

  • Now pour 1 tsp vanilla batter into each cupcake liners.Top with a spoonful chocolate batter,then more vanilla batter on the top.

  • Swirl the batter together very lightly by using a toothpick.

  • Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.

  • Bake cupcakes for 15 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean completely.

  • When cupcakes are baking.

  • Lets prepare the vanilla frosting.

  • With a hand mixer beat the butter on medium speed until creamy..It will take regarding two minutes.Slowly add  icing sugar and keep beating,add cream also vanilla extract.Give a last beating, So here vanilla frosting is ready.

How to make chocolate and jam muffins


  • 200 g all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 2 Medium eggs
  • 200 gm yogurt
  • 75 gm unsalted soften butter
  • Mixed fruit jam


  • Preheat the oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.

  • Line a six hole muffin tin with paper cases.

  • Sieve 200 g flour with 1 tsp baking powder into a bowl,Stir in the chopped mix chocolate and 100 g caster sugar or powdered sugar.

  • In a separate bowl add 200 g yogurt,2 eggs and 75 gm soften butter.Beat them well using a spoon or hand blander..Make sure they are at room temperature otherwise they may create lump.

  • While mixing to other ingredients.Add to the dry mix,half at a time.Fold to combine but do not over mix as it will toughen the muffins.

  • Fill the case with half of the batter..Now let's come to the twist part..Add little jam in the centre"you can use mixed fruit jam".

  • Then cover with more mixture to fill the cases almost 2/3rd full.Because after baking it will rise.

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean completely...Let it coll.

How To Make Paneer Butter Masala

Paneer butter masala which is full of cream and spicy.It is totally prepare restaurants type style but in restaurants there will be a different but in home you can make in your way you can use what you is the dish of soft chunky paneer dunked in a thick rich creamy tomato gravy...It exactly taste similar like the restaurants make Paneer butter masala..Paneer butter masala can be eat by tandoori roti or pulao.

  • 400 gm paneer
  • 4 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 Cup tomato puree
  • 200 gm cream
  • 4 tbsp cashew nut paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Whole garam masala :3 cardamom,6 cloves,2 cinnamon stick,2 bay-leaves
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi(crushed)
  • Salt and sugar to taste

Spice Powder:

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chili
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

For Garnishing

  • Coriander leaves 1 stick-Finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1 Cube butter


  • First fry the paneer. To fry the paneer add oil in the pan.

  • Fry the paneer piece until it get golden brown color.Soak them in a warm water so they became soft.

  • In another pan heat 3 tbsp of butter and also add little bit oil.

  • Add whole garam masala saute it for a while and add onion paste,ginger and garlic paste saute it well.Until it raw smell go out.

  • Now add garam masala powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and chili powder..Mix it well for 1 minutes.At same time also add salt and little bit of sugar,Fry the masala well when the spices leave the oil then you come to know that masala has done.

  • Add tomato puree and mix it with masala.Cook on high flame until the oil leaves masala.

  • Add cream,cashew nut paste,kasoori methi and give a nice mix..Cover the pan and make the flame low for 1-2 minutes.

  • Add little water....If you want more gravy then you can add more water.

  • Now put the soaked paneer pieces.Mix it well then cover and cook it for 2-3 minutes.So that the juice of gravy can get inside the paneer.

  • After 2-3 minutes uncover the pan.You can see Paneer Butter Masala is ready.

  •  Garnish with coriander leaves,fresh cream and butter.

  • Serve with hot bread or pulao.


  • For onion paste to make onion paste boil the onion and then grind it in the grinding machine.

  • To make Home Made Tomato Pure you need to that first boil the big red tomatoes,peel the skin and also peel the eyes then grind it in a grinder,also add one clove,garlic,salt and sugar to taste,little oil.

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic(finely minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger(granted)
  • 1 Small onion(chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup green beans(cut diagonally)
  • 1/4 Cup cabbage
  • 1 Can cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 Cup vegetable
  • 2 tsp corn starch 
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 Green onion for garnish (chopped)


  • In a pan add oil,When the oil is moderately hot,add chopped garlic and ginger allow it to sizzle.

  • Add onion and saute for few seconds.Now add carrots,green beans and cabbage.Saute it for 1-2 minutes.

  • Now im gonna add creamy style corn and just give a good mix also add vegetables stocks.Here i have 3 cups of vegetable stock.It is better to make the soup with vegetable stock.Because it releases very nice flavor.Store bought stock is additionally sensible.

  • Also add little vinegar about 1 tsp.Now mix and bring to a good boil.

  • When the mixture comes to a boil,you can see a sort of froth is on the floating on the best,remove it as such a lot as potential.

Simple And Quick Chicken Rezala Recipe

Chicken Rezala is a Royal Mughlai dish which is prepared in an aromatic gravy.This dish rich exotic uses of various spices and very flavorsome and royal recipes.Chicken rezala can be make in many ways it can make by mutton or beef it depends on you but if it made by chicken then really taste will come.It's totally like a restaurant style recipe.Chicken rezala is mainly made by ghee only if it made by oil then it will be waste.It doesn't have much fatness.Compare to other chicken recipe Chicken rezala is perfect for any occasion or any party where your guest use to eat chicken.So make Chicken rezala and make your guest more happy.

How to make Chicken Rezala

  • 500 gm chicken
  • 1 Cup yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup makhana
  • 4-5 tsp ghee
  • 4 tbsp cashew and poppy seed paste
  • Whole spices: Cardamom,cinnamon,cloves,kebab chini and bay leaves 
  • 1 tsp shah marich powder/white pepper powder
  • 4 tbsp onion juice 
  • 1 tbsp onion paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg and mace powder
  • 1 drop meetha atar with 1/2 cup water 
  • Sugar and salt
  • Whole dry chilies
  • Water

  • first marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste,curd and salt and keep it aside for 2 hrs..

  • Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pan.Our ghee is heat now lets infuse the ghee with whole spices 4 cardamons,4-5 cloves,2 cinnamon stick and kebab chini...

  • Now blend the yogurt and add in.Stir and cook until the ghee and yogurt separate...

  • Rezala ha its own colour. You don't get that color until unless the ghee floats up and the yogurt separates..

  • Now you can see as i said the ghee has floated on the highest.So currently place the marinated chicken items combine with yogurt and cook very well on low medium flame until the moisture of the chicken gets evaporates.Allow to cook by covering the pan...

  • After 3 to 4 minutes lets check.The chicken has left has its own juices and the pieces became translucent...

  • Let them cook for another 10 minutes by opening the lid.Within this time the chicken will cook with its own juices...

  •  As i said all the moisture of the chicken evaporated,the skin of the chicken turn into little brown and it is well cooked...

  • So now its time to add other spices.Extract onion juice from the onion paste and this in the pan about 4 tbsp also add 1 tbsp onion paste...

  • In the same way add ginger juice,garlic paste,1 1/2 tbsp sugar...

  • Then add cashew,poppy seeds paste,nutmeg and mace powder. Rember nutmeg and mace powder has a very strong flavor so beware of using them...

  • Now for rose petal and salt to taste. Shahi  mirch powder which is also know as white pepper powder also add whole dry red chilies.They give the dish nice and contrast look only..

  • The dish is not spicy at all.So im not gonna add any red chili powder and green chilies.The dish will get mild spiciness from white pepper powder and whole dry red chilies..

  • A gentle stir and cook for a while.Now add makhana and just give a nice stir. Makhana is also know as fox nut,lotus seeds and gorgon nut...

  • Add water and cook for another 2-3 minutes..

  • Take a small bowl and,put 1 cup of meetha attar with water.But be careful don't add to much because it has strong flavor...

  • Add this to the chicken.Stir again and cook for 2 minutes...

  • Chicken Rezala is ready.Take out in a serving bowl..

  • Serve with butter roti and veg pulao.It really good combination..

Chicken and vegetable spring rolls are such a tasty roll.First it was introduce in china.People of china are use to make roll in many ways.Chicken and vegetable roll are very classic and tasty recipes that is enjoyed by everyone especially children just loving it.Spring roll can be veg or non-veg its up to your choice.After some years everybody know about Chicken and vegetable spring roll then started to make in there own way and they love it.Roll can be make weather chicken or vegetable it's depends on you.Chicken and vegetable spring roll can be eat in hot only because in hot taste will be so yummy as well as it's crispy also.Chicken and vegetable spring roll is best for kids because they love it so much.

How to make Chicken and vegetable spring roll


  • 1/2 Head of small cabbage"Shredded-spring rolls"
  • 2 Medium carrots"julienne
  • 1 Cup bean"sprouts"
  • 1 Big onion"chopped"
  • 1 tbsp freshly ginger"grated"
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce 
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce 
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


For filling

  • 1st Marinate the chicken with half-tsp of salt,quarter-tsp white pepper and about 1 tsp of cornflour"cornflour will absorb the moisture from the chicken and mix them well.

  • Heat oil in a pan after oil getting hot add the marinate chicken.Keep stirring well as chicken will together and  form a lump.You cant break the lump later.So be careful cook on low flame.

  • Continue cooking till moisture completely evaporates.

  • Once it has done take it out in a bowl and keep aside.

  • Wipe the pan clean and heat 1 tbsp of oil again add chopped garlic-ginger.Saute it for few seconds.Now for onions and saute for a while"You don't need to make a brown.When the onions are translucent add all the veggies one by one".

  • Add carrots,cabbage and sprouts"you can add any vegetables of your choice but don't add those vegetables whose water contains to much like tomato because its make your filing soggy".Just toss them.

  • veggies don't take much time to cook and i don't want that veggies are overcooked because they will cook again in lot of hot oil while deep frying springs rolls.So just make sure they are crunchy enough when you bite the vegetables.It will take 1 to 2 minutes all total,not more then that.

  • Then add chicken,soya sauce and red chili sauce toss for a while.After combing them add chopped spring onion,just a little toss. im not gonna add salt right now because i don't want moisture of the vegetables oozed out.I add salt after they are completely cooked.

  • Once it done add salt and pepper now mix gently.

  • Take out in a plate and let it come down in a room temperature .So you can easily handle it.

Spring Rolls

  • Take on wrapper and place wrapper on a clean dry surface like diamond.

  • Cover rest of wrapper with towel to keep moist else they will dry out and crack quickly if left uncovered.

  • Place 1 tbsp filling near the corner not more then that less filling the higher,overstuffed to Spring Rolls break in a very half.

  • So fold over the corner,roll tight,Fold over left aspect,fold over the opposite aspect leave no space or air pockets.Air pockets cause for oil flowing and result is oily roll"i know you don't want a that"roll up tightly towards the top of corners.Brush a little cornstarch slurry along the edge.Close it up you can see that how nice and neat roll is wrapper..So here your all Spring Roll is prepared to to go in hot oil.

  • Careful slide the Spring Rolls in.

  • Don't over crowd Spring Rolls in a pan because they wont cook evenly.

  • Keep flipping it over to get even coloring.Fry until the roll get golden brown.

  • Now my hot crispy Chicken and vegetable spring rolls are already to take out.Place them to all in paper towel let the napkin to soak all the excess oil.

  • Garnish as you wish and serve with your favorite dip.

Many people think that they can make KFC style in there home but they cant get perfect recipes ideas.So here i bought a yummy Tandoori prawn skewers and KFC colslaw.One day my best friend order Tandoori prawn skewers and KFC colslaw and we eat the taste was so tasty.Then i decide to make Tandoori prawn skewers and KFC colslaw in home only i tried one time but it not came perfect then again 2nd time i tried it came really well.Then i decide to share my experience with my friends so here Tandoori prawn skewers and KFC colslaw recipes it was so tasty and easy to prepare.Try it in your home and enjoy KFC taste in home only.

How to make Tandoori prawn skewers and KFC colslaw


  • 1 kg jumbo prawn 
  • 100 gm hung curd
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp kasouri methi
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • Butter for basting
For Coleslaw:
  • 2 Cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 Cup carrot julienne
  • 1/2 cup onion(chopped)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter milk
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

  • 1st do Marination by adding ginger-garlic paste,half tsp salt and juice of lemon mix them well make sure all of them nicely coated with ingredients and keep it aside for 10 minutes...

  • While prawn is reasting lets make the 2nd marination,take 1 large bowl and start by adding with huge yogurt,coriander powder,lit bit turmeric powder,red chili powder(if you like more spices then you can add more red chili powder),cumin powder,kasouri methi,coriander leaves,garam masala powder,(you must add more coriander leaves)cream and mustard oil...

  • Combine all of them well,Now add prawns and mix well to coat with the marination,keep it aside for 1 hour...(The more you marinate the more flavor it will have) 

  • Method for grilling..Preheat the oven 230 C...

  • Thread prawns one by one. place left marination on the highestit'll create prawns a lot of juicy and tasteful..

  • Now place the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes...

  • After they are half done take out and brush little butter on the top.Basting prevents prawns from desiccation and makes juicy and succulent...

  • Put them in again and cook for another 7-8 minutes.After 7-8 minutes take out from the oven...

  • Now my Tandoori Prawn is ready... 

  • Serve with colslaw on one side and pickled onion...

  • For making  KFC Colslaw...

  • In a bowl,Add cabbage,carrot,onion,sugar,white pepper powder,butter milk,mayonnaise,vinegar,salt and lime juice,gave a good whisk until it become smooth..So here your KFC Colslaw is ready..
