Chocolate fudge i was keep searching for this recipes but i not found it anywhere.But one day i found chocolate fudge recipe while was watching street food there i have got all the ingredients and thought to share it with all of us.Now a days we can find chocolate fudge in any market but the real taste of chocolate fudge you can get in home only.When i attempt first time it was bit difficult and also it not came really well but i thought to make this recipe again anyhow and finally home made chocolate fudge is here.


How to make chocolate fudge


Ingredients:
  • Icing sugar 450 gms
  • Cocoa powder 125 gms 
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 5 tbsp 
  • Condensed milk 1 tsp
  • butter 152 gms
  • walnuts/cashew nuts chopped 100 gms


Method: 

  • Mix the cocoa powder,salt,condensed milk,icing sugar and butter,stir till it forms a thick mixture.

  • Spoon the mixture into a baking dish.

  • Microwave the mixture on high power for 2 minutes.

  • Remove immediately and stir until until the mixture is smooth.

  • Mix the nuts into this chocolate mixture

  • Pour the mixture into an 8 inch square tray which is lined with butter paper.

  • Allow to cool.

  • Then chill till it is set.

  • Then remove and cut into desired pieces.

  • Serve chilled.

Sada And Masala Rava Idli

South Indian most know as healthy recipe and rava idli are one of the best easy and simple recipe which combines of many dals and spices.Soft idli can be made in two ways one using rice and other is rava idli..Rava idli is not just healthy but also it is easy to prepare also..Rava idli healthiness protean pack for breakfast.Now a day we can find ready made rava idli packs available in market just we need to add some water and steaming.

How to make rava idli


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sooji/rava
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coriander 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp eno fruit salt 
Seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Green chillies to taste(chopped)
  • 1 tsp ginger(minced)
  • Few curry leaves
  • 1/2 medium size onion(chopped)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds 
  • 2 tsp chana dal 
  • 1 tsp urid dal
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 
  • 10 cashews(chopped)
Method:

  • In a mixing bowl add sooji,salt and yogurt.Mix them well together and rest for 10 minutes while preparing the seasoning.

  • Heat a medium pan.

  • Add mustard seeds and allowed them to pop.

  • Add cumin seeds and lets them sizzle.

  • Add chana dal,urid dal,green chillies,cashews nuts,ginger and fry it till the cashew nuts turns to golden color or fry it for 10 seconds.

  • Add curry leaves,onion and cook tills the onions turn golden brown.

  • Add coriander and give the good mix.Then turn off the heat immediately add this seasoning on the top of the prepared batter.

  • Mix it well add some water because it bring right consistency to batter and set aside.

  • Meanwhile add water into the idli cooker and cover it with lid.

  • Allow water to come to the boil.

  • Meanwhile grease the idli plates with few drops of oil and spread evenly.

  • Finally add eno fruit salt into the batter and gently mix with prepared batter.

  • Add 2 tbsp batter to each moulds and stuck the idli plates such that holes of the plates and not in the straight line.

  • Put idli plate into the idli cooker with its water boiling.

  • Steam them for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tooth pick inserted at the center comes out clean.

  • Once idli has done take the out the plates from the cooker and rest them for 5 minutes.

  • Once it has done serve it in a plate.

Best Home-Made Aloo Tikki Recipe

Today i will going to make very popular snacks called aloo tikki.Which most Sindhi loves and they used to make at least once and twice in a week in there own home's.We know that aloo tikka is crisp from outside and soft from inside. Aloo means "Potato" and Tikka means "Chats".If we need to eat really spicy aloo tikka then we should go to any Sindhi home or west bangal because in this such place we can find more spicy and more delicious aloo tikka...Aloo Tikka also called "Aloo Bhalla".You use to see whenever you to go the market then you used to fell attract toward's the  aloo tikka and you fell to eat but you cant because some time you were be busy or another work you will get.So now you have not to worry anything because now you can prepare your favorite aloo tika in your home only..

How to make aloo tikka



Ingredients:

  • Potato 5 medium sized(Boiled)
  • Shah jera 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 2(Finely chopped)
  • Few Coriander leaves(Finely chopped)
  • 5 small slices of bread 
  • 1 cup oil for frying
For Filling
  • Onion 1(Finally chopped)
  • Ginger 11/2 inch(Finally chopped)
  • Green chillies 2 
  • Few coriander leaves 
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp 
Method:

  • Take a large plate and place all boiled potatoes in it and start peal the skin of the boiled potatoes so try to use large plate where you can knead them later.

  • When aloo peal's mash up with the help of masher and make sure there will be no lumps.

  • After mashup add spices which is shah jera,red chilli powder,green chillies,coriander leaves,soak the bread into a bowl of water for few seconds then immediately take it out the bread and squeeze out excess water from it and break the bread pieces into the aloo tikka,add salt as per your taste.Mix up all of this together and knead into a good dough.

  • Rub few drops of oil onto your palm and knead the dough together.

  • So 50% tikka is almost done just put a few drops of oil on the side of the plate.

  • Take a portion of the tikka dough and roll it into a ball.Try to use a oil to smoothen the tikka ball and then slightly flatten the ball.

  • Repeat the same process to make more tikki.Try and see that all the ball are the same size so let the tikkas look identical not one big and one small.

  • For filling you have to do this add coriander powder to the onions,ginger,red chilli powder,jera powder,amchoor powder and salt to taste then mix all the ingredients together.Now filling process has done.

  • To make the tikka with a filling,Apply a little oil onto your palm and take a ball of dough slightly flatten it.Place the filling at the center of the flattened tikka.

  • Gently close and slightly flatten the aloo tikka.

  • So here one tikka is ready with filling use same process to make other tikkis.

  • Add oil into a kadia or a deep frying pan.Ensure that oil is heat.

  • If you want to check weather the oil has got really hot just put a tinny pieces of potato into a pan and if it starts fritters than that means oil has really get much heat.So this is the information to check weather the oil has got heat.

  • Gently slide the aloo tikka in the kadai.

  • Keep gently turning it and fry tikka until they turn into golden brown from both sides without getting burn and keep the flame constantly high.  

  • Once the tikkas get done remove it from kadai and transfer it into a tissue paper.

  • Repeat the same process to make remaining tikka.

  • So finally aloo tikka is almost done.

  • Serve it with mint chutney.

Punjabi kukkad is a Punjabi chicken starter.Punjabi means we know it is a place and "Kukkad" means chicken for chicken Punjabi use to call kukkad.Punjabi kukkad is mainly starter but because of Ramadan i have done this into gravy.Here i will teach you in both manner how to make it in gravy and dry.Punjabi kukkad can make in two ways weather you can make in microwave or in normal pan or kadia it depends on you im going to teach you in both ways by step by step.It's totally easy to make and lip smacking.Goes perfect well with naan roti,plain rice or tandoori roti.


Ingredients:

  • 800 gms chicken 
  • 200 gms brown onion paste
  • 150 gms roasted cashew paste
  • 50 gms brown onions
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp lime juice 
  • 80 gms ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 30 gms fresh coriander(Chopped)
  • 500 ml curd
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder 
  • 3 nos green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • For garnish cashew nuts

Method:

  • For making Punjabi kukkad first you need to do wash and clean chicken.

  • Then marinate the chicken with salt,ginger garlic paste and lime juice and then refrigerate if for 2 hours.
  • Then at the same time roast some cashew nuts.




  • After cashew nuts get roast grind into a fine paste.





  • After 2 hours add all remaining ingredients and mix it well.Try to use hands so you can gave a nice coat to the chicken.
  • Then after coating heat a oil in pan or kadia.

  • When oil get's heat pour all the chicken in a kadia.

  • And cook it for 12 minutes.Stir every 4 minutes.

  • If you need water water then after 2 to 3 minutes add 2 cups of water and cover it lid and let it cook for another 8 to 10 minutes.But remember dont put so much water. 


So this is a process to make Punjabi kukkad in pan or kadia. As in starting i told i will show two ways that microwave process.If you want eat this as a starter then go for microwave process or if you want to eat in lunch or dinner then go for first process.


  • For making  Punjabi kukkad microwave process you need do that after adding all the reaming ingredients except coriander to the marinated chicken.

  • Microwave on high power for 12 minutes and keep stir every 4 minutes.

  • Adjust seasoning microwave on medium power for 4 minutes.

  •  Punjabi kukkad microwave process has done.

  • Finally Punjabi kukkad is ready to serve hot garnished with cashew nuts and onion salad.

Stuffed Paneer Paratha Recipe

Paneer paratha is one of the most popular paratha which varieties from Punjabi.It's all time favorite paratha at a home and serve in many restaurant as well Punjabi dhabas..

Paratha can be make in may ways like gobi paratha,aloo paratha,paneer paratha,egg paratha and many more.

It's better to make paneer paratha in home because we can choose any type of paneer which we like and it also better to choose any ingredients which we like.I learn paneer paratha from my granny.





Ingredients:

For Roti:
  • 200 gms atta(Whole wheat flour)
  • Water to form dough
  • Salt to taste 
  • 2 tsp oil

For Stuffing:
  • 100 gms paneer
  • 50 gms chopped onion
  • 30 gms chopped tomato 
  • 4 nos green chillies
  • 1 tsp chaat masala 
  • 15 gms chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of haldi

Method:


Roti:

  • In a bowl put the strained atta,water,salt and oil.

  • Knead till the stiff and pliable.Cover with moist muslin cloth and rest the dough.

  • Knead the dough again and divide into 4 roundels.

  • Flatten and roll into roties.

  • Then microwave each roti for 40 seconds on each side.If you want to make in flat pan then keep each roti for 20 seconds on each side.

  • In a microwave cover it with a paper napkin on high power.So here our roti has done now it's time for stuffing.

Stuffing:

  • Grate paneer and mix all the ingredients except chopped coriander.

  • Cook it on a high power for 3 minutes and keep stir for every minutes.

  • Once the stuffing is cooked,Spread this mixture across half the roti and sprinkle coriander and fold it over.

  • Hold the folded roti in a place by using a tooth pick.

  • Then again microwave it on high power for 30 seconds.

  • Finally our Paneer paratha has done.

  • Serve hot with french fries.

Country Style Omelette Recipe

When anybody heard country style omelette they will think what type of omelette is this?If they know they can easily answer but if they dont now then!It a easy and simple omelette recipe same like other omelette but difference is simple omelette we will make in flat pan but today recipes will make in microwave.It just a simple omelette easy to make in just a few simple step after that you will tel yum!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 150 gms wafers
  • 1 no onion chopped 
  • 1 no green capsicum chopped
  • 4 nos eggs 
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped 
  • 4 tbsp cheese grated 
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Apply some butter to a microwave baking dish.

  • Then layer the base with crushed wafers,sprinkle chopped capsicum and onions.

  • Microwave uncovered it for 2 minutes on high power.

  • In a small bowl mix eggs,milk and salt.

  • Then pour the egg mixture onto wafers and cover the microwave on medium power for 5 minutes or till the egg almost done.

  • After 5 minutes touch the egg and see weather egg has done fully if not then again keep in microwave for 2 minutes.

  • Then remove it and sprinkled grated cheese on the egg mixture and again microwave it for 1 minute.

  • Stand it for 2 minutes.

  • So finally our country style omelette has done.

  • Serve hot and garnished with chopped coriander.

Spicy potato salad the name only indicates that it was spicy ya that's right but not much spicy.Spicy potato salad can serve with any food but it was much better to eat at starters time we can found potato salad in road truck where people use to go and have it.It make's you eat.Spicy potato salad is one of the most common dish in Nepal and people of Nepal they use to eat with pickles at list once in a life.It is one of the cheapest dish because it does't use much ingredients to prepare..After Nepal it became famous in India and people use to love this as well i to like this but i not use much spices but if you want more spice then you can add more chili powder which depends on you.

How to make spicy potato salad

   Serves:4 ! Prep Time:10 ! Cooking Time:15 min ! Level:Easy 



Ingredients:

  • 20 nos baby potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 3 tbsp spring onion green chopped
  • 1 no celery stick chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice 
  • 100 gms mayonnaise 
  • Slat to taste

Method:

  • First clean and wash all the potatoes.Try to use small potatoes as much as possible because small potatoes is good for salad,And dry it for few seconds.

  • After all potatoes get dried fully,Use a toothpick to prick all over them but one thing dont prick much.

  • After prick keep potatoes in microwave on a high power for at list 12 minutes in a covered dish.After 4 minutes stir once so that potato will not get burn.

  • Then remove it from microwave.

  • Set aside until the potatoes get enough handle,then peel and cut into small cubes.

  • Mix the potatoes with turmeric,chilli powder and salt.

  • Then microwave it for another 3 minutes on high power or until potatoes turns into golden brown.

  • When it change it's color remove it from microwave and sprinkle lime juice and salt.

  • Take a small bowl and pour all the potato and mix with mayonnaise,celery and spring onion green.

  • Serve chilled,garnished with chopped spring onion greens.

Build better and yummy breakfast or dinner by adding frittata. This can be made with oven or without oven.Today i will be making with oven because it saves lot of time..Frittata are usually bit hard recipe but once you make you will fell to make it again.You can have it any time weather breakfast or dinner it depends on you.I learn to make this recipe from chef Rehan he teach me it was really so delicious recipes.Frittata does't take much ingredients to prepare just in simple way.

How to make frittata



Ingredients:

  • 6 nos eggs
  • 1 no red bell pepper
  • 1 no yellow bell pepper
  • 50 gms zucchini
  • 5 gms fresh basil
  • 1 tsp crushed pepper
  • 20 ml oil

Method:


  • Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper and keep it aside.

  • Cut the bell peppers and zucchini into thin long strips.

  • Take a bowl with the bell peppers and zucchini and keep in microwave on high power for 2 minutes.

  • Cool it for seconds and add this to the egg mixture,mix well.

  • In a round shallow dish,pour little oil and microwave it on high for 30 seconds.

  • Pour 1/3rd part of the egg mixture in it so that it covers the bottom of the bowl with a good sized layer.Then microwave on high power for 3 minutes.

  • When almost everything set and egg the egg is firm to touch,turn over.

  • Microwave on high power for 2 minutes.

  • Serve immediately.

  • Finish the remaining egg mixture in the same manner.

Try to serve poached eggs with smoked salmon,pastas,salad leaves,spinach,field mushrooms.I'm sure when you will eat this it will make your day awesome.So give it try in your home and make every happy.

  How to make Poached eggs on toast

                  Serves:2 ! Cooking Time:17 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 nos eggs 
  • 2 tsp butter 
  • 100 gms grated cheese
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 4 nos toast
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Method:

  • In a deep plate put two tablespoons of water.

  • Then carefully break the eggs onto the plate.Lightly cover it with plastic wrap and microwave it on a medium power for 5 minutes or until the whites are set properly.

  • Pre-heat the grill for 10 minutes at 180 C.

  • At the same time butter the toast and spread the grated cheese over it.

  • Sprinkle some chilli powder and place the toast on a high rack and grill it for 2 minutes.

  • Remove the toast with melted cheese into a serving plate and slowly place an egg on the toasts.

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm's paneer 
  • 15 ml honey
  • 2 tsp red chili powder

For Gravy:
  • 500 ml fresh tomato puree 
  • 25 gm's chopped ginger
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds 
  • 3 nos bay leaves 
  • 8 nos whole cardamom
  • 40 gm's ghee 

Finishing:
  • 80 ml fresh cream 
  • 20 gm's butter
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi
  • Salt to taste 

Method:

  • Cut paneer into thick strips or cubes.

  • Take a deep casserole and add all gravy ingredients except tomato puree and microwave it on high power for 1 minutes.

  • Add the tomato puree,honey and chili powder.

  • Microwave it on high power for 3 minutes.

  • Strain discard the spices and return to casserole.

  • Add the paneer mix well and microwave it on medium power for 1 minute.

  • Add finishing ingredients and mix well.

  • Let it stand cover for 3 minutes.

  • Serve hot accompanied with roti.

  • Soak the dals for 15 minutes and drain the water 

  • In a bowl take green peas,sprinkle little water,cover and keep microwave on high power for 3 minutes.Stir for every minutes.

  • In a bowl take oil add mustard,soaked dals,onions,chillies and then keep microwave on high power for 4 minutes.Stir every minutes.

  • Add washed poha,green peas,salt and sugar then mix it well.

  • Cover it and microwave on medium power for 3 minutes.Let it stand for 2 minutes.

  • Serve hot and garnished with coconut,coriander,slit green chili and lime juice.

Upma recipe we know that Upma recipe is famous in south India where people like so much upma because for them it was good food for breakfast and it's health to.I'm from new Delhi there i not heard about upma recipe even in Delhi we cant get it.Then one day me and my all friends plan to go Bangalore for holiday trip i heard only this that Bangalore is famous for cold weather,food as well study to.Then we all came to Bangalore and stay in hotel.We reach Bangalore nearly about 10:00 pm then book a car and went to President hotel there we stay at night time we not eat anything so just like that we all slept next morning when we woke up weather was so cold.So however we all woke up and order for breakfast there in menu i saw about upma recipe then we order upma and eat it was really so yummy we all like and we order one more.After having upma i thought to share upma recipe with my friends so they to let taste them upma recipe. Upma is one of the best food recipes for each and everyone because it's made full of rawa.So here let's look on ingredients.

How to make upma recipe


            Serves:4 ! Cooking Time:18 minutes     

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thick rawa 
  • 150 gm's onions
  • 6 nos green chillies 
  • 2 tsp channa dal
  • 2 tsp urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 cup coconut grated 
  • 1 no lime
  • 100 gm's tomato 
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 50 gm's potato cubes
  • 50 gm's carrot grated 
  • 25 nos cashew 
  • 5 tbsp ghee 
  • A pinch of turmeric 
  • For garnish green coriander

Method:


  • Soak the dals for 15 minutes and drain the water.

  • In a broad bowl keep rawa and microwave on "medium" powder for 2 minutes to roast.

  • In another broad bowl take ghee,add mustard,jeera,onions,green chillies,soaked dals,curry leaves and keep microwave on high powder for 3 minutes.Keep stir every minutes.

  • Add tomato,turmeric powder and keep microwave on "high" power for 3 minutes.Keep stir every minute.

  • Add 1/2 cup of hot water,vegetable and salt.Cover and keep microwave at medium power for 5 minute.Stir every minute.

  • Add 2 cups hot water,roasted rawa and lime juice.

  • Cover and keep microwave on high powder for 5 minutes.

  • Add grated coconut,grated carrots and fresh coriander leaves.

  • Let it stand for 2 minutes.

  • Serve hot and garnished with cashew and spring green coriander.

It looks more delectable when presents with pounded Almonds and Pistachio.You can make Kashmiri Chai in any occasion.There are many tea recipes but all have there different ingredients and even taste will also different.It was just a simple and easy step to make Kashmiri Chai.You do't have to go any market and purchase any ingredients for making Kashmiri Chai just go in kitchen and you will get all ingredients to make Kashmiri Chai..

How to make kashmiri chai recipe



Ingredients:

  • 2 Cup tap water
  • kashmiri green tea leaves 
  • Baking soda
  • Salt 
  • Milk
  • A bunch of Ice(It's secret ingredients i use)

Method:


  • For kashmiri chai first boil milk.Once milk get boil put it aside.

  • In a coffee filter paper put 1 tbsp kashmiri green tea leaves and cover it tightly.

  • In a pan boil 2 cups of water.

  • Once the water completely boil add kashmiri tea bag along with tea bag add 1/4 tsp baking soda and 1 pinch of salt.

  • Allow it to simmer 30 to 40 minutes and keep check in every few minutes to make sure that water has not evaporated.

  • After exactly 10 minutes you can see tea has changing it colors into a red  this is a sign that your chai will be pink and not brown.

  • Almost chai is now red and it's time to add a bunch of ice after putting ice remove tea bag.

  • Stir continuously for 5 minutes.

  • So finally our kashmiri chai is almost done now add milk and as till it get a desired color.

  • Our kashmiri chai has done.

  • Garnish with almonds and some pistachios.

Ingredients:

  • 1 & 2/3  cups bread flour 
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Method:


  • Start by shifting bread flour into a large mixing bowl.Then shift your baking powder,baking soda and kosher salt and mix it all really well until it's all combined and just keep it aside.

  • Then shift your light brown sugar in a separate bowl.You really need to do this spot because light brown sugar has a tendency to jump up and create a big rock inside them.

  • Then shift white sugar once it all done just mix the two sugar together until you reach even consistency where there light brown sugar and white sugar are nicely combined.

  • Once it has done add softened unsalted butter and beat to electric stand mixer.If you are using electric stand mixer then just put on low for about 3 to 5 minutes and continue beating until the mixture became light and fluffy.

  • You can see when your mixture has done it look significantly color light and fluffy.

  • Once mixture has done add eggs,again beat well.Once it's done add vanilla extract and mix them well.

  • Then slowly add flour mixture into a butter mixture.In three edition mixing well until everything is well combined.It might be a little hard to use hand whisker so if you have an electric hand mixer or even stand electric mixer then its even more batter and your life will be so much easier but it definitely still possible just use hand whisker because i have done so.

  • If the flour get stuck in your whisk use you hands and take out the mixture and start continuing whisk until the mixture looks quiet thick and when you press your fingerprints into then you can see that fingerprints still stay so this is a texture that you want.

  • Now its a fun part of pouring in the chocolate chips after pouring the chocolate chips try to used a plastic spoon because it make a soft to mix it.

  • Once it'done your mixture look nice and even coated into chocolate chips.

  • There are two ways in which you can chill your dough.

  • 1st you can leave your dough inside the bowl and press up plastic rep over a dough.This will prevent from drying out while it sits in your fridge or alternatively if you need bowl for something you just remove your dough and rep in plastic sheets.

  • Once it has done put into a fridge and let it chill for at least 24-36 hours.

  • Between 24 to 36 hours it's the best time for removing the dough.

  • When dough is chilled for about 30 hours remove the sheets you can see that actually it quiet hard and it impossible to break a part.So use a knife and break the ends off.

  • Then crash into a round balls and make it will be compact once it done try to roll it into a smooth ball and keep it aside continue doing same for remaining dough.

  • Before bake them preheat the oven on 150 C.

  • On a ball just sprinkle little bit of sea salt over them because it not stick on tray.

  • Keep the all balls on a try and use a ring kinda sorta with the perfection circular shaped cookie.You can do what ever you want start i worship you could be and bake about 10 minutes at 150 C.

  • Space them out little more .

We know there are lots of ice-cream many flavor and etc.But when we heard ice-cream we fell to eat because each and everyone likes ice-cream.But mostly we dont have to go out and eat ice-cream daily.So here i bought yummy Banana Ice Cream with a lots of yummy and delicious now you need not to go any where.You can make Banana Ice Cream in home only.Your kids will love Banana Ice Cream so try it and make your child happy.

How to make banana ice cream recipe


Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 3 medium bananas,peeled,sliced and frozen until solid 
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence 
  • 3 tbsp honey 

Method:

  • First of all freeze all the bananas.

  • So for that put them into a zip lock bag and freeze them for 3 to 4hrs.

  • After 4hrs when bananas get frozen.

  • Blend 2 bananas with cocoa powder,cream,honey and vanilla essence in a blender jar and give a quick blend till it became smooth.

  • Cut the remaining frozen bananas into a halves and chop one half roughly.

  • Add the chopped banana to the blender jar and mix well.

  • Then transfer the ice cream mixture into an airtight container give it a stir so that the pieces  of banana are nicely mixed into it.

  • And freeze it for 6 to 8hrs.

  • Scoop and serve garnished with remaining banana half slices.

First i planned to make something new but i not any great idea.Then i thought to make some chai which was totally different from other chai and not make anywhere.Then one day i went restaurant with my family there in menu i saw Masala Kulfi Chai.I order Masala Kulfi Chai and drunk it was really so yummy.After coming from restaurant to i thought to make Masala Kulfi Chai for my parents after my experiment.Finally Masala Kulfi Chai came really very well.So here my Masala Kulfi Chai recipes i think you would like this.Because it was totally new and different from other chai.  

How to make masala kulfi chai recipe



Ingredients:

  • 11/2 cups masala chai
  • 3 cups rabdi
  • 2 tbsp pistachios-roughly chopped 
  • 2 tbsp fennel seeds 
  • 1 tbsp dried ginger powder(soonth)

Method:

  • First slightly roast few fennel seeds so we can actually get beautiful flavor out of them.Roast fennel seeds on a very low heat for about 1 to 2 minutes or till the nice beautiful aroma will released.   

  • After 1 to 2 minutes you can notice that fennel seeds slightly darken color and there is beautiful aroma coming out of them then turn of heat and let this cool slightly till it grind to a nice fine powder.

  • Then transfer it to a grinder also add some dried ginger powder to fennel seeds not to much very little bit also spoonful of sugar because i love the flavor that you get when you mix fennel along with the sugar and grind till it became fine powder and keep it aside.So now this is your spices mix that you can use to make your every day cup of tea. 

  • And in the same pan very lightly toast some pistachios just to make a nice and crunchy.So roast it very lightly.

  • Take a big bowl in which mix a masala chai .

  • In a masala chai add a spoonful masala mixer that you prepare,rabdi and give's a  good  mix.

  • Add some roast pistachios again give it a good mix and its now ready to set this into a beautiful kulfi moulds.

  • Pour this mixture into a kulfi moulds.

  • After a fill up all of the kulfi moulds with this mixture.

  • Refrigerator all the kulfi 8 to 10hrs or over night or till the nice they formally set.

  • And other thing which you do this once it half set you can insert a stick between them so that it easy to pick and hold and easily to eat.   


Tips:
  • To make this masala chai kulfi you need to make masala chai first which is really easy to make all you need do is boil some water along with some tea leaves some sugar some milk and your choice of spices.Green cardamons.ginger are the standard spices that are use but you can use any other spices ever you feel like may be tulsi leaves or even cinnamon stick.

  • To make rabdi at a home take 1ltr of milk reduce till it became nice and thick add some sugar and let it boil down.
