How To Make Restaurants Style Poha Recipe

There are many ways to make poha recipe every body will prepare in there own way somebody will use potato.I love to use add roasted peanuts because it give's more flavor to poha recipe.Try poha recipe always a cup of hot tea.

How to make poha recipe



                Serves:4 ! Cooking Time:10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm's poha
  • 1/2 cup green peas 
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds 
  • 1 tbsp channa dal
  • 1 tbsp urad dal
  • 1/4 cum peanuts
  • 150 onions 
  • 6 nos green chillies 
  • 1 no lime juice 
  • 30 ml oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut grated 
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • A pinch of sugar
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Soak the dals for 15 minutes and drain the water 

  • In a bowl take green peas,sprinkle little water,cover and keep microwave on high power for 3 minutes.Stir for every minutes.

  • In a bowl take oil add mustard,soaked dals,onions,chillies and then keep microwave on high power for 4 minutes.Stir every minutes.

  • Add washed poha,green peas,salt and sugar then mix it well.

  • Cover it and microwave on medium power for 3 minutes.Let it stand for 2 minutes.

  • Serve hot and garnished with coconut,coriander,slit green chili and lime juice.
