French Fries

French Fries one of the best snack which is famous all over the world when ever we are outside ya we dont have much money then in less money anybody can  can eat French Fries.Even if there will be any party or any occasion French fries will be best time pass snack.

How to make french Fries

Preparation Time : 21-25 minutes ! Cooking time : 11-15 minutes ! Servings : 4


  • 4 Medium size Non-Starchy Potatoes 

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil to deep fry


  • Wash and peel the potatoes.But before you start peeling you need boil sufficient water in deep non-stick pan.

  • As far as possible try to make use a large potatoes...For making French Fries large potatoes is good.

  • After peel the potatoes cut into slices and further into batons.

  • Add little salt to the boiling water along with potato batons.Cover and cook till the potatoes are 3/4th done.

  • Strain the potatoes and pat dry on a kitchen towel.Transfer into a zip lock bag then seal and freeze for 3-4 hrs.

  • Then heat French Fries in a sufficient oil in a deep non-stick pan.Deep fry the frozen potato batons till it became golden and crispy.Drain on an absorbent paper.

  • Sprinkle little salt and mix.

  • Serve French Fries with sandwich or chicken burger.

  • 500g Chicken
  • 100g Chicken fat
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red chilly flakes
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Bread crumb to coat
  • 2 tbsp Butter


  • For making Chicken Burger Recipe first of all cut the chicken breast pieces into a small cubes and also add chicken fatness.Many people they dont like fatness but if they use fatness then Chicken Burger became more juicy and also yummy too...

  • Then Blend all the chicken in a blender and make a nice coarse mince....

  • After blend the chicken put all the chicken in a bowl and add cream,pepper powder,salt,garlic,red chilly,garam masala,parsley,coriander,lemon juice and mix them well...

  • Divide the mixture into a small balls and coat with the bread crumbs...

  • Heat a butter or oil it depends on you.On a flat pan and shallow fry the coated chicken balls and cook them on a medium flame or until they turn into golden brown color from both sides.But be careful while cooking the balls should not breaks...

  • At the same time cook the burger for a seconds...

  • Here both burger and chicken balls became ready.Serve the chicken balls on the burger with your favorite fillings...

  • You can fill the Chicken Burger with cucumber,tomato sauce,onion rings,green chilies and most secret dish that is half boil egg...

How to make raita


  • 200 gm curd
  • 1 tbsp chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder 


  • First chopped the onion finely.

  • In a small bowl put curd and whisk the curd well until it gets smooth,Add salt,cumin powder,pepper powder,chili powder,grated carrot,chopped cucumber,chopped tomato and chopped onion.

  • Mix them well.

  • Finally add chopped coriander leaves and mix it again.

  • Put in a serving bowl garnish as you wish.

  • Here i have prepare mix Raita but you can make Raita with with the ingredients which you love most.

  • Some popular variation of Raita..Are "Boondi Raita","Onion Raita" and "Cucumber Raita"even fruits can be used in Raita.

Quick And Easy Desserts-Suji Halwa Recipe

Suji Halwa is one of the best popular halwa recipe.It is very easy and quick preparation.So when ever you are planing for sweet or any unexpected guest arrive at your home then you can prepare it in just 15 minutes.A regular at our homes especially during festive seasons.This is one of the north Indian version of making Suji Halwa at home.So without any further delay lets start to prepare Suji Halwa.
How to make Suji Halwa


  • 3 Cups suji 
  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom or elaichi powder
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Some cashew nuts
  • Kismis(Raisins)
  • Water
  • Clarified butter


  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a deep pan and fry cashew nuts until they just change color lightly and keep it
  • aside for garnishing...

  • In a same pan heat remaining oil with clarified butter when oil is hot turn the flame to medium high...

  • Add suji max it and roast it until it turns to golden brown.Keep staring otherwise the suji will burnt from the bottom...

  • Add water on the suji pour slowly otherwise it can splash on your skin,Keep string until the all the water absorb...

  • Add sugar,kismis and salt then mix it well... Stir it until consistency became thick and also Suji Halwa should not stick to the pan..

  • Add ghee to enhance richness and end up with cardamom powder...

  • Brush little ghee on serving dish pour the Suji Halwa on it spread the Suji Halwa evenly until it flat...

  • Suji Halwa is ready you can serve it as it or garnish as you wish.

  • I will teach you very simple method of garnish that mostly do in home...

  • Cut in into shape like barfi put one cashew nut on one barfi..If you want you can garnish with Kismis,walnuts,almonds etc..

  • Keep Suji Halwa in refrigerator at your room temperature so Suji Halwa can come out easily...

How to make mango lassi


  • 2 Rip mangoes
  • 2 Cup thick yogurt
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 pinches cardamom powder
  • 2 tsp chopped dry fruits(For garnishing)
  • 7-8 Ice cubes


  • First cut the mango into slices along either side of the pit...

  • Carefully make lengthwise and crosswise cuts through the mango pulp down to the skin then being careful not to cut through the skin...

  • Push upward with your fingers then you see how nicely they came out...

  • Then scrape off the diced mango chunks by cutting between the mango pulp and the skin.Discard skin...

  • Here i already cut the mango in a bowl.Put the mango cubes in grinder then yogurt,sugar and cardamom powder in the blender...(You can also add milk if you want little less thick consistency)...

  • Blend Mango Lassi for 2 minutes or until it became smooth and creamy.Add ice and give a final blend...

  • Pour Mango Lassi into a serving glass...

  • Garnish the Mango Lassi with chopped dry fruits and nuts...Serve chilled...

How to make vermicelli pulao

 Prep time: 15 min !   Cook time: 30 min !  Yield: 4 ! Main Ingredients:Mixed vegetables


  • 200g vermicelli pulao
  • 4 Onion NOS
  • 4 Garlic NOS
  • 1/2 Ginger(cut in small pieces)
  • 4 Green chillies NOS
  • 10g Cashew nuts
  • 2 pieces cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Cardamom
  • 200g mixed vegetables(Chopped all the vegetables)
  • 10g ghee
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried bread pieces as required

  • Heat ghee in deep fry pan and leave it for 2 minutes until the ghee get heat.

  • Deep fry all the vegetables,cardamom,onion,garlic,ginger,green chillies,cashew nuts,cinnamon,bread pieces in ghee for 5 minutes.

  • In another pan add water,cook vegetables and all spices.

  • Add vermicelli,salt,pinch of sugar and cook it 5 minutes.

  • Then when all vermicelli and other vegetables are cooked well let it simmer for few seconds.

  • So here our vermicelli pulao is ready.

  • Squeeze some lemon juice and serve.

Fish fry is very famous  dish in Bengal.It taste very yummy and delicious and best for hot party menu.Fish fry is an amazing deep fried snack.Fish fry very popular in Bengal street food as well as in hotels also.People of Bengal can live without chickens,mutton but they cant live without fish.We can find every country have there own traditional dish like that only Bengal have own traditional dish that is Fish fry.This is also good for kids and even for those who love fish a lot but find bit difficult to separate the bones.Its easy to make at home just you need to do that marinate the fish fillets with spices and deep fried in a oil.

How to make fish fry


  • 6 Fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp peeper powder


  • 1st marinate the fish fillets with little salt and lime juice for 10 to 20 minutes...

  • In another mixing bowl mix all the ingredients that is onion paste,egg,ginger and garlic paste,green chili paste,pepper powder,chopped cilantro,chopped mint leaves,salt to taste and mix them together...

  • Add the fish pieces into the mixture and allow it to marinate for at least 1 hr in refrigerator...

  • After 1 hr remove the fish from the refrigerator.Then coat the fish fillets in breadcrumbs and give a nice rectangular shape by using a knife.Do the same process for this...

  • Heat a oil in deep fry pan.Deep fry the fish fillets in the oil until they are golden brown in color...

  • Remove the fish fillets in a plate and soak excess oil in the absorbent paper.Repeat the same process for rest of the fish.....

  • Our Fish Fry is ready to serve with salads,tomato ketchup

Sevai Kheer-Home-Made Recipe

Sevai Kheer

Sevai Kheer are most traditional dish for both Hindu and Muslim family.In Muslim it prepared on eid time and in Hindu it prepared on janmashtami.Sevai Kheer are is a rich milk dessert made of milk,sugar,dry fruits,oil/clarified butter and cardamom powder.

Recipe Type:Dessert !  Cuisine:Indian !  Serves:3-4 Small bowls.


  • 15gm vermicelli broken
  • 11/2 liter full fat cream milk
  • 8/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1/4 cup raisin 
  • 1/4 cup cashew 
  • Pinch of salt 


  • For Sevai Kheer first place the milk in pan on a low flame and you should bowl it until it reaches 3/4th of original boiling.....

  • Add pinch of salt to spit of the process of boiling and it also balance the taste....

  • In another pan heat little bit of ghee/clarified butter and add all the cashew nuts and fry until it turns golden brown color.When its done transfer it in a small bowl....

  • In the same pan add reaming clarified butter,add vermicelli and slowly fried it keeps string(You must keep stir otherwise it will get burn),You can see that vermicelli has roasted evenly and they became nice and golden brown(It don't take more than 5 to 10 minutes) When it completely done pour vermicelli in the milk and stir it slowly....

  • Cook on slow flame till the vermicelli has became soft and milk became thick.Add cashew nuts and raisin(Don't add full cashew and raisin,Save some cashew and raisin for later use)...

  • Add sugar,cardamom powder stir gently,Cook it for more 2 to 3 minutes.....

  • Here our yummy and delicious Sevai Kheer has done and its ready to serve now.Garnish with cashew and raisin...
