Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
- 2 Rip mangoes
- 2 Cup thick yogurt
- 1 Cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 pinches cardamom powder
- 2 tsp chopped dry fruits(For garnishing)
- 7-8 Ice cubes
Method:
- First cut the mango into slices along either side of the pit...
- Carefully make lengthwise and crosswise cuts through the mango pulp down to the skin then being careful not to cut through the skin...
- Push upward with your fingers then you see how nicely they came out...
- Then scrape off the diced mango chunks by cutting between the mango pulp and the skin.Discard skin...
- Here i already cut the mango in a bowl.Put the mango cubes in grinder then yogurt,sugar and cardamom powder in the blender...(You can also add milk if you want little less thick consistency)...
- Blend Mango Lassi for 2 minutes or until it became smooth and creamy.Add ice and give a final blend...
- Pour Mango Lassi into a serving glass...
- Garnish the Mango Lassi with chopped dry fruits and nuts...Serve chilled...
