How to make chicken roll recipe

    
Ingredients:

For Marination:
  • 500 gm boneless chicken(cut into cubes)
  • 200 gm yogurt
  • 3 tbsp chicken masala 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander leaves(chopped)
  • 2 tsp mustard oil 
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ghee or butter
To Cook Chicken:
  • 2 Big onions rings
  • 1/2 Capsicum(Chopped)
For Paranthas: 
  • 300 gm cup plain flour(maida)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt and sugar for taste
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • White oil
For assembling:
  • 2 Large onions(sliced)
  • 1 Finley cumber(sliced)
  • 2 Green chillies(chopped)
  • Tomato sauce
  • Chat masala 
  • 1 Lemon(halved)
Method:


  • First marinated the chicken with salt,lime juice,yogurt,turmeric powder,red chili powder,chicken masala,mustard oil,coriander leaves,chopped green chilies,ginger-garlic paste and rub desires terribly.Marinate the chicken at 30 minutes...


  •  While chicken is reasting lets make a dough for paratha.The dough desires terribly basic ingredients...


  • Plain flour,salt,sugar and enough water knead the dough until you get smooth dough..


  • Divide into equal roundel or balls...


  • The roundels will be slightly bigger then normal roti.Roll into huge circle.Stretch it to form a big roti..


  • Then apply a tsp of oil evenly on the top.Either use your hand or brush to unfold..Sprinkle a tsp of flour..


  • Now start making fleets after it fully done,twist and roll to make a flat round...


  • Rest it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator..


  • In the meantime lets cook the chicken.Take a pan and warmth a pair of  tbsp oil...


  • Once the oil is hot,add onion saute onions until  it get brown color, then add marinated chicken...


  • Gave a good saute to incorporate together...


  • Cover and cook.After 4 to 5 minutes cook on slow flame because chicken will leave its own juice.So you don't need to add water as they will cook with these juices...


  • At the end of cooking add onion rings and capsicum.Gave a final saute and take out...


  • Chicken filling is done.Now just rool the paratha but be careful this time as to much pressure can remove the layers...


  • Place the paratha on the heated pan.Beat the well with little salt and keep aside...


  • Apply oil when one side is fully cooked and another side is halfway remove from the pan...


  • Add oil again on pan and pour beaten egg and spread tilting the pan from one side to side..


  • Now quickly put a paratha onto the still wet egg and allow to cook.Press the cook inside...


  • The egg will soon cook and set.Flip the paratha over to the other side and cook till both side are evenly fried...


  • Remove the fried paratha from pan and keep it aside...


  • Place the tissue paper or foil and place the paratha and lay a portion of the cooked chicken pieces in a straight line in the middle of the paratha.Put sliced onion ,cucumber on the chicken cubes.Add spaghetti sauce and sprinkle chat masala.Chopped green chilies.Finally squeeze the lime juice on chicken cubes...


  • Roll the paratha with chicken stuffing firmly so that cubes do not fall...


  • Now your Chicken Roll recipe is ready to give a bite...
Tips:


  • You can use paneer or potato instead of chicken to make a vegetarian roll...


  • Try to add tandoori chicken masala because it keep recipe terribly easy.Tandoori masala incorporates a distinctive combination of all aromatic spices which we need for this instruction.So you do not got to place further effort of adding cumin,coriander and other masala powder separately and this masala will ready to gave nice taste and like kebab...
