Creamy chicken pasta
Ingredients:
- 375 g cooked pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 300 gm boneless chicken
- 2 Garlic cloves(crushed)
- 1 Medium onion(thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp chili(flakes)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- Beans,carrot,baby-corn
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- In a pan combine olive oil along with butter to heat,add garlic cloves once garlic has started roasting add onion and cook till translucent..
- Now pour chicken pieces in a pan then add salt,red chili flakes,black pepper,oregano,and parsley...
- Cook until the chicken has done(it not take much time for tender)...
- Then add cream stir well.If it is to thick then you can add 1 cup of water or you may add chicken stock...
- Cook it on low flame and cover the pan,cook for 5 minutes...
- After 5 minutes see chicken pieces are perfectly cooked and sauce has thickened up.When you find everything is perfect then add cooked pasta to it and gave a nice toss,Cook on high flame...
- Here your Creamy Chicken Pasta is ready to go in a plate..Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
