Home-Made chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken fried rice

Today im going to tell how to make Chicken fried rice.It is classic Chinese nutrient food which can serve by main dish entremots.It can be made in home same like as restaurant style now there is no need to go out and have Chicken fried rice.It was first made in china then next in kolkata then slowly it developed in all over the world.Chicken fried rice can be make in many ways such veg fried rice,mushroom fried,paneer fried rice and many more.Ingredients will be the same just you need to do which fried rice you like.Ever one like Chicken fried rice to eat.

How to make chicken fried rice
Ingredients:

  • 4 Cups of cooked rice
  • 100gm chicken(cut into strips)
  • 1 Onion(chopped)
  • 1 Beans(cut into small pieces)
  • 1 Cup peas
  • 1 Cup carrot(cut into small pieces)
  • Chopped spring onions
  • 1 Egg
  • Some chopped garlic
  • 7 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp aginomoto
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method:


  • Take a little oil on your hand and apply it to the rice.if it is there any clumps in rice it will remove and keep it aside...


  •  Heat 2 tbsp of oil  in non-stick pan,put chicken in pan and cook the chicken until it get brown and became soft then add little salt to taste(you can see that chicken pieces turn into brown color) then put all chicken in a bowl and keep it aside...


  • In a same pan heat 4 tbsp of oil.Saute chopped onion for 2-3 minutes then garlic same saute for 2 minutes until they coated nice golden brown..  


  • Then add beans,carrot,beans cook until it became nice and soft...


  • Beat egg slightly...


  • Push up the vegetable of one side of wok and add beaten egg...


  • Scramble the egg lightly,combine the vegetables and egg together,add chicken pieces mix probably...


  • Also add soya sauce,oyster sauce,chilli garlic sauce and quickly mix it...


  • Now its time to add cooked rice,mix carefully stir until the all vegetables and rice mix together(don't add to much salt because sauce already contain enough amount of salt)..


  • Now add aginomoto,1 tbsp pepper,little bit salt(if required) mix well..


  • Then its a finally mix for that add spring onion,gave a quick mix ..


  • Now Chinese Chicken Fried Rice is ready to serve...


  • Garnish with strips egg ...


Tips:

  • Make sure that rice is cooked well..

  • 1 or 2 days cooked rice is best for this recipe because it does not contain moisture and it reduces the highly chances getting  of wet...

  • Long day rice is best for this recipe...

  • Use a long grain rice weather (Basmati or jasmine)..   

  • You can use any vegetables of your choices..
