Hello and welcome everybody today All-Recipes bought you special dish which is call Butter Chicken its is traditional and restaurant style recipe even it is also know as Butter Chicken Masala like chicken tikka or like a tandoori chicken.This dish also become popular all over the world.It is full of cream.Butter chicken loves one and all.So lets look on Butter chicken recipes.

How to make butter chicken

Ingredients:

Marination Part

  • 500 gm chicken(cut into small pieces)
  • 50 gm yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
Sauce Part

  • 4 tbsp khoya
  •  2 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • Fried onion paste
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 100 gm butter
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • Salt and sugar to taste
Method:


  • Mix the chicken with ginger-garlic paste,,red chili powder,turmeric powder,yogurt, and salt to taste and mix the chicken with ingredients...


  • Marination make the chicken to became soft and tender but if you are in hurry then marinate at list for 1 hours...


  • When 1 over is over so lets fry the chicken in butter..Heat a butter in a pan when butter melt fully add chicken pieces...


  • Fry the chicken till the chicken skin turns to golden brown...


  • Cook on medium high flame for 10 minutes by turning over the sides and cook another 10 minutes on slow flame until the chicken get done..


  • When chicken is cooking lets make the Butter Chicken sauce...


  • Take a small bowl add ginger-garlic paste,cumin powder,coriander powder,little garam masala powder,kasuri methi,salt to taste,sugar,red chili powder,brown onion paste,let over spice mix and water...


  • Make a lit paste and then add butter to heat in a another pan then add prepare paste mix it cook it on high flame until the masala has done and oil flows up onto the top...


  • Then you can see masala looks perfect,add khoya gave a nice mix cook it for 4 minutes..


  • Next we need tomato puree and put into to gravy,mix and slowly cook it for 5 minutes then add the chicken pieces gave a nice stir and also mix cream cook it for another 3 to 4 minutes by covering the pan so that chicken become juicy and great..


  • Here your Butter Chicken looks ready then add chopped coriander leaves..
