Home-made chicken sauce

Chicken With orange sauce


  •  1 Broiler-fryer chicken(cut into pieces and skinned)
  • 1 Cup orange juice
  • 1/2  Cup chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Cove garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp cold water


Arrange chicken pieces with meatiest portions toward outside in microwaveable large casserole place microwaveable cover on top.Cook on 100% microwave power for 8 minutes drain.Combine orange juice,chili sauce,brown sugar,soy sauce,prepared mustard and garlic;pour over chicken..Cook on 100% microwave power covered for 8 to 10 minute or until chicken near bone is no longer pink.Remove to serving plate;cover..Blend cornflour and cold water stir into hot cooking liquid cook on 100% microwave power for 2 to m..
